Rakan is a Deputy Minister for Policies and Economic Planning at the Saudi Ministry of Economy and Planning. His responsibilities also involve active participation and policy design of several economic and social programs. Rakan also worked for the Ministry of Labour and Social Development as an economic advisor on policies, trends, and initiatives that are impacting the Saudi labor market. Rakan's previous work experience also includes economic consulting for the World Bank's transport sector (MENA region) in Washington, DC, and economic research at Jadwa Investment, with 70+ published reports covering key macroeconomic topics related to Saudi Arabia and regional economies.
Rakan holds a master’s degree in international economic policy analysis from Brandeis University.

Dr. Ammr K. Kurdi holds more than 20 years of professional and executive experience in accounting, finance, and auditing with a proven track record of success in business strategy setting, leading complex organizational roles, and analysis. He is currently the Assistant Governor for Financial Sustainability and Risk Management (FSRM) in General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI), and a member of multiple boards and audit committees, and investment committees for various organizations, such as the National Development Fund, the Insurance Authority (IA), Saudi National Bank (SNB), Saudi Telecom Co. (STC), Saudi Electricity Co. (SEC), and The Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya), among others. Adena Friedman has been the Chief Executive Officer of Nasdaq since January 1, 2017 and was appointed Chair of the Board of Directors on January 1, 2023. She brings more than 20 years of industry leadership and expertise, and is credited with significantly shaping Nasdaq’s transformation into a leading global exchange and technology company serving the financial industry.
Prior to her current role as Chair and CEO, Adena held several senior leadership roles at Nasdaq including President and COO where she was responsible for the operations of the company’s business segments with a focus on driving efficiency, product development, growth and expansion.
She rejoined Nasdaq in 2014, after serving as Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of The Carlyle Group from March 2011 to June 2014 and playing a critical role in taking the company public in May 2012.
Before Carlyle, Adena was a key member of Nasdaq's management team for over a decade, serving in a variety of roles, including head of the company's data products business, head of corporate strategy and Chief Financial Officer. She played an instrumental role in Nasdaq’s acquisition strategy, overseeing the acquisitions of INET, OMX, and the Philadelphia and Boston Exchanges. She originally joined Nasdaq in 1993 as an intern.
Since December 2018, Adena has served as a Class B director to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. In January 2024, Adena was elected to the Business Roundtable (BRT) Board of Directors and currently serves as the Chair of the BRT's Technology Committee.

Mohammed Al-Rumaih is the Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi Exchange. Since joining the Exchange in 2009, he has held several key leadership positions including Chief of Markets, and Chief of Sales and Marketing.
Mr. Mohammed has been instrumental in driving the Exchange’s growth and transformation. Under his leadership, the Exchange has implemented significant market enhancements and introduced innovative financial products. Among his notable achievements during his tenure are the Saudi Exchange’s inclusion in major emerging market indices, the successful launch of the Nomu-Parallel Market, and facilitating the seamless public listing of Saudi Aramco in 2019 – the world’s largest IPO.
He also serves as a board member of the Securities Clearing Center Company (Muqassa) and is a member of the Audit committee for the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) and Tadawul Advanced Solutions Company (WAMID).

She has a wealth of experience across derivatives markets, digital assets, data analytics and financial technology. Prior to this role, she served as Executive Vice President of Global Digital and Data Solutions, leading Cboe's efforts to align the company's digital assets, data & analytics product suite and market data services.
Before joining Cboe, Ms. Clay was the CEO of LiveVol, a pioneering derivatives and analytics company that was acquired by Cboe in 2015. Cathy began her career as a clerk in Interactive Brokers’ market-making unit, Timber Hill, and progressed to lead market maker and director of floor trading and operations. In 2006, she left Timber Hill to co-found Thales LLC, a market-making firm on the NYSE Options Floor and on the OneChicago single stock futures exchange.

Before joining Chi-X, Tal held several senior leadership roles at INSTINET, including Senior Vice President of Business Development and Product Strategy and Co‐head of electronic trading for North America, from 1999-2008. Before joining Instinet, he served as M&A Manager at American Express, building out its strategic investment portfolio. Nikhil Deogun has served as CEO of the

and journalist.
From Brunswick’s New York office, Nik leads
the firm in the region, overseeing its core advisory, as well as creative,
arts, research and digital practices in the Americas and has navigated a transformational
period of growth since he took the helm in 2018. Nik is also an advisor to the
leaders and boards of corporations, universities, nonprofit organizations and

Nik joined Brunswick from CNBC where for

working closely with anchors, reporters and producers, as well as CNBC’s

CNBC, Nik previously held senior management and leadership roles in a long and distinguished

Prior to Eris, George was at Bloomberg, LP for over nine years where he held a variety of positions including Head of Derivative Trading, Head of Fixed Income Trading, Head of Fixed Income, Currency and Commodity Trading and most recently Head of Global Markets Mr. Harrington is responsible for global derivatives and fixed-income indexes of MSCI. In derivatives his team supports MSCI linked listed futures and options, and all exchange partnerships. In addition, he is in charge of building the MSCI product ecosystem and leads OTC Derivatives globally to drive maximum revenue for the firm and to create compelling value propositions for clients. In Fixed-Income, he leads both the MSCI proprietary Fixed-Income index business as well as the partnership strategies with Bloomberg, Markit, ICE and others.
He had many accomplishments at Bloomberg including growing execution platforms to leadership positions and leading Bloomberg STP to be only the second SEC licensee for post-trade matching.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Harrington worked at Tradeweb as Head of Credit Derivative Trading. He also worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers/Standard & Poor’s, Thomson Financial, and he began his career as a senior mutual fund accountant for JP Morgan Chase.
George obtained an MBA in finance from Boston College and a BA degree in Economics from Old Dominion University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a former member of the CFTC Global Markets Advisory Committee.

Max Hardy is the Chief Data Officer for J.P. Morgan’s Markets Division, and the Global Head of Equities Quant Research (QR).
His QR team develop models and analytics to support the CIB Sales and Trading businesses (pricing, electronic trading, optimization, risk management, etc.), as well as facilitate their Data & Analytics transformation journey. Additionally, in his CDO capacity, he is responsible for the development and execution of the Data Strategy that underpins the analytics, automation and optimization programs in Sales and Trading.
Max joined J.P. Morgan in 2010 as an eTrading quant as part of the initial build out of the Equities agency electronic execution franchise, before expanding his scope across the whole QR Equities in roles in New York and Hong Kong. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Max worked at Société Générale on the equities Program Trading desk. He holds a Master’s Degree in Quantitative Finance from Paris Dauphine University.
